Job summary

The Correctional RN at Amergis Healthcare Staffing works in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to ensure the well-being of the incarcerated population. This role provides routine and emergency care within a correctional facility setting.

Candidates must hold a current RN license in the state of practice, have CPR if applicable, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Minimum of one year of correctional health care experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
