• Provide clear direction and feedback to Psychological Services Specialists.
• Coordinate, track, and assign required psychological evaluations and assessments.
• Maintain records of treatment groups and ensure services match patient needs.
• Manage leave approvals, conduct performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
