Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for the county jail, inspect locks, gates and perimeters.
• Supervise inmates according to policies and procedures.
• Monitor inmate conduct to prevent disturbances and escapes; search cells for contraband.
