Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Corrections LPN/LVN for a travel assignment in Springer, NM. You will deliver general and emergency nursing care to adults and juveniles in custody in a secure setting, aligning with facility standards and protocols.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license, at least one year in Corrections, CPR if applicable, and compliance with applicable health and regulatory requirements. Travel healthcare position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections.
• CPR if applicable and TB screening up to date.
• Health certificate required per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements, 18+.

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse/ LicensedVocational Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and juvenilesin custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in theMedical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintainingfacility security standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Possesses a current LPN/LVN license in state practicing
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections required
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
