Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of food service experience.
• Associate’s degree in Food Service Management or related field.
• Must obtain a Food Handler Permit within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AIC work crews in large-scale meal prep, cooking, baking, and storage.
• Follow established menus to meet daily nutrition standards and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain accurate food service and training documentation.
• Oversee food preparation timelines, train crews in sanitation and equipment safety, and assist with warehouse/canteen operations.
