Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and review logs to ensure quality.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Assist in preparation and serving of meals.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Obtain daily counts and review with staff.
• Adhere to security policies; keep storage areas locked.
