Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Parker, AZ location in a correctional facility kitchen division. Join a fast-paced team focused on quality meals and safe food handling.

Responsibilities include quality/portion control, food preparation, and creative presentation while maintaining the kitchen and following recipes. Must have strong customer service and high-volume experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
