Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in administrative services; OR six years of full-time experience in any field; OR a bachelor's degree.
• Experience substitution: every 30 semester hours credit as one year of experience.
• Familiarity with intake and onboarding of offenders and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced administrative and technical functions for intake and onboarding of offenders; coordinates intake appointments and necessary documents.
• Examines legal documents (court minutes, plea agreements, sentencing orders) to extract case information for multiple systems.
• Identifies discrepancies and initiates corrective action with courts and law enforcement; conducts criminal history research with databases.
• Informs offenders with procedures, completes intake paperwork, and closes out cases per policy.
• Acts as primary public-facing representative for the District Office and ensures compliance with supervision requirements.
