Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and review logs to ensure quality and safety.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Train staff on recipes and proper cooking procedures; ensure portions and dietary requirements.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and assist with storage and postproduction tasks.
• Follow HACCP policies and store/handle food according to standards.
