Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates in meal preparation and tray assembly, ensure meals meet production plans, and maintain sanitation and safety within the facility. You will train workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure adherence to all security policies and Aramark standards.

The role requires supervising inmates, overseeing recipe usage, portion control, and HACCP compliance while coordinating with staff to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience interacting with inmates is a plus.
• Ability to enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Must follow procedures and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production and temperature logs per standards.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain security, lock storage areas, and manage schedules.
• Assist in inventory and requisition of food items.
