Job summary

Aramark in Florida is hiring a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates, train workers, and coordinate meals according to production plans. You will ensure sanitation, safety, and adherence to HACCP by following Aramark standards.

The role involves reviewing production logs, supervising tray assembly, managing inventory, and directing inmates in recipe use, portion control and postproduction steps. Must be 18+, food prep experience, supervisory experience preferred, and ability to obtain a food

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with inmates is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and review logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and HACCP compliance.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Manage portions and dietary requirements; coordinate inventories.
