Job summary

Aramark Corrections is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates in meal production, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in a correctional food service setting.

You will coordinate work, monitor logs, and ensure proper portions while adhering to security policies and client requirements. Physical work and uniforms/PPE may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid food handling knowledge and safety practices.
• Experience supervising teams in a food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to train and direct inmates or staff in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines and logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Train workers and direct use of Aramark recipes and cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and accommodate special dietary requirements.
