Job summary

Aramark is hiring for a Corrections Oversight Worker in Dayton, OH. You will supervise inmates in food preparation, train staff, and coordinate work to ensure efficient operations while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

You will follow Aramark recipes, ensure proper portions, and manage daily counts and security procedures. The role requires complying with HACCP guidelines and adapting to client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines by reviewing production and temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in the use of Aramark recipes and train on proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Adhere to security policies and keep storage areas secured.
• Handle inventory and supply orders as needed.
• Follow HACCP policies for safe food handling.
