Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field is required.
• 0-2 years of progressive casework experience preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive casework experience may substitute education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Classifies patients/inmates and completes risk assessments for placement.
• Delivers evidence-based programs and interventions.
• Maintains case plans, reports, and case notes.
• Manages programming documentation and referrals as needed.
• Supports pro-social behaviors and inmate re-entry preparation.
