Qualifications

GL-05 education: 4 years above high school in any field with accredited study.
GL-06: graduate education may be credited in few cases related to duties.
GL-05/GL-06: at least 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade.
GL-05: experience preparing, receiving, reviewing and verifying documents.
GL-05: experience processing transactions and maintaining office records.
GL-05: experience locating and compiling data from files and sources.
GL-06: experience receiving calls/visitors and handling information requests.
GL-06: experience editing letters/reports, transcribing notes, reviewing correspondence.
GL-06: experience PC-based office automation, calendars, minutes, and filing.
GL-06: experience scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and time/attendance.
