Job summary

Qualifications

• GS-11 requires a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
• GS-12 requires no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level.
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level is required for GS-11 and GS-12.
