Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in administrative services.
• Experience substitution: 15 semester hours equal six months of experience.
• Official job specifications referenced by State Civil Service.

Responsibilities

• Executes complex departmental and program responsibilities in strict compliance with rules and policies.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication between department, staff, external agencies and vendors.
• Serves as primary liaison for the office and maintains professional relationships across departments.
• Provides direct administrative support to management including calendars, travel and correspondence.
• Assists in streamlining processes by handling routine matters independently.
• Ensures accuracy and confidentiality in documentation and records.
