Job summary

The NC Department of Adult Correction in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Substance Abuse Program Manager (NS) to provide administrative and clinical supervision for substance use disorder treatment staff in a residential or correctional setting.

You will develop work schedules, supervise staff, coordinate with management, and ensure program operations meet policy and ACA accreditation standards. Bachelor's degree and CADC/LCAS-A preferred; strong leadership and collaboration required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field and three years of substance abuse experience.
• Credentialed as CADC or LCAS-A, or an equivalent credential recognized by the board.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with experience in residential or correctional settings.
