Qualifications

• Knowledge of Prison Policies and Procedures.
• Understanding of Facility Operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all correctional officer activities and ensure custody, security and welfare of offenders.
• Assign shifts, posts and inspect personnel for readiness.
• Complete, review and maintain time reports, duty rosters, leave schedules and evaluations.
• Ensure equipment is operational and policies are followed per NCDAC.
