Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
• CPR certification from AHA/ARC/ASHI (hands-on).

Responsibilities

• Renders general and specialized nursing care to inmate patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintains electronic medical records and patient logs.
• Order medications and supplies from pharmacy and suppliers.
• Works under federal, state, and local rules and facility procedures.
