NaphCare, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Harvest, AL, inside the Limestone Correctional Facility, where we manage healthcare for incarcerated individuals.

As a Correctional Nurse, you will perform physical assessments, administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and respond to emergencies in a controlled setting. This role requires AL RN license, BLS, and strong communication and teamwork to protect patient rights and health.

Formación

• Holds a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in Alabama (AL).
• Active BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred).
• Knowledge of nursing practices, safety standards, and applicable healthcare laws for correctional settings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible with schedule and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial health screenings and assessments for detainees.
• Monitor and document patient health, vital signs, and histories.
• Provide direct patient care, triage, and develop care plans; coordinate services.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions (asthma, hypertension, diabetes).
• Respond to emergencies and arrange timely transfers to facilities.
