Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Community Physicians seeks an RN II for Lexington County Detention Center. The role provides nursing care, leads the care team, and collaborates with multidisciplinary staff within a secure correctional environment.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of RN experience. Bachelor degree preferred; enrollment in BSN encouraged. Competitive benefits and a structured schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year RN experience required.
• Licensure as an RN by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Current AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN preferred; enrollment in BSN program within 2 years if hired with an Associate/Diploma degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Direct and lead assigned nursing team members.
• Deliver patient-centered care addressing physical, emotional, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
