Qualifications

Licensure or eligibility in Ohio for behavioral health practice as listed.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating programs in a correctional setting.
Knowledge of CBT-based treatment and program management.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operation of the Recovery Services program.
Develops and implements policies for the program.
Assist with program budget planning.
Coordinates quality assurance activities when applicable.
Recruitment, interviewing, training and hire recommendations.
Supervises Recovery Services staff and directs treatment activities.
Provides AOD treatment services and maintains data documents.
Represents the institution on statewide committees for AOD issues.
