Job summary

State of Ohio in Cleveland seeks a Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor to lead the Recovery Services program in a correctional setting. You will supervise staff, implement CBT-based treatment, manage daily operations and documentation, and collaborate on program quality and budget planning.

The role is full-time, exempt, with hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, at 2675 E. 30th St., Cleveland. Salary is $36.75 per hour with step-based progression described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Licensure in behavioral health fields as listed (LICDC/LISW/LPCC/IMFT or RN with MH cert).
• Minimum 12 months of supervised clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of CBT and correctional behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Recovery Services program in the institution.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
• Assist with program budget planning and cost control.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities and reporting.
• Supervise Recovery Services staff and provide in-service trainings.
• Deliver AOD treatment services and maintain required documentation.
