Job summary
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time, onsite Psychiatrist to join our team at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, IL. You will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an MD/DO with Illinois license and DEA, with BC/BE in Psychiatry preferred. You will work under the Psychiatric Medical Director and participate in clinical leadership. Salary starts at $380,000 and benefits are included.
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Active, unrestricted MD/DO Illinois license or ability to obtain.
- Active, unrestricted DEA license.
- Ability to pass credentialing, drug screening and background check.
- BC/BE in Psychiatry is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
- Work under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director.
- Provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in mental health services.
