Position Details

• Location: Alamance County Jail
• Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
• Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift Rotation 6p - 6a with Alternating Weekends
• Shift Differential, Sign-on and Retention Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider directives.
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
