Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) - Days

Join Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) at Lancaster County Detention Center. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a full-time, 12-hour day shift rotation from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
