Job Title: Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) - Days

Join Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) at Lancaster County Detention Center. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a full-time, 12-hour day shift rotation (6am - 6:30pm) with alternating weekends. Enjoy sign-on and retention bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within scope of practice and guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications following standards and regulations
• Follow established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking
