Position Details

• Location: Cherokee County Jail
• Open Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation with Alternating Weekends
• Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Offered

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, under supervision of Physician/Provider(s).
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards & correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
