Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in nursing
• Clinical oversight and coordination of care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical/mental health teams and security

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing workflows, schedule coverage, approve leave/overtime, participate in hiring, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure provider orders, referrals, hospital discharges, and chronic care management are carried out and documented.
• Conduct clinical audits, investigate incidents, track metrics, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and security to maintain a safe, patient-centered care environment.
