NaphCare is hiring a Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Elmore, AL at Staton Correctional Facility. You will provide care to individuals in custody, performing physical assessments, administering medications, and managing chronic conditions in a controlled, security-focused environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license in AL.
• BLS CPR Certification (AHA) required.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, safety standards, infectious disease management, and healthcare laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule and overtime availability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial health screenings and physical assessments of detainees.
• Monitor and document patient health, vital signs, and medical histories.
• Provide direct patient care, triage, assess needs, and coordinate services.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions (asthma, hypertension, diabetes).
• Respond to emergencies and arrange transport to facilities.
