Job summary

NaphCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our correctional healthcare team in Conyers, GA. As an LPN, you will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to emergencies in a jail setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program and state-licensed to practice.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS CPR certification (AHA).
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and obtain medical history.
• Take vital signs and document findings in EHR (TechCare).
• Provide wound care and administer medications, including injections.
• Monitor health status and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct discharge planning and patient education.
