Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
• Adherence to professional conduct and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and health interviews.
• Measure vital signs (BP, temp, weight).
• Provide wound care and administer medications.
• Maintain medical records in TechCare EHR.
• Monitor patient health and mental status; respond to emergencies.
