Job summary

TK Health seeks a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Kosciusko County Jail in Warsaw, IN. Positions include Full-Time Days 12 Hour Shifts with Rotating Weekends and Full-Time Nights 12 Hour Shifts with Rotating Weekends, under new medical management.

The LPN provides nursing care according to standards, with supervision from RNs, and participates in building a strong healthcare program from the start.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or Multi-State LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Must successfully complete required background and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Render nursing care in assigned area per standards and nursing functions.
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
