Job summary

Turn Key Health is hiring two Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our new healthcare team at Winnebago County Jail in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role offers 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and a pay of $38.00 per hour.

You will provide direct nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, working with an experienced interdisciplinary healthcare team in a secure, correctional setting. Prior correctional nursing is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin LPN license (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Correctional nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Support a new correctional healthcare program at Winnebago County Jail.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new correctional healthcare team, helping establish a positive culture while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a safe and secure environment.

As an LPN, you'll provide direct nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary healthcare team.
