Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a kitchen, train staff, and ensure meals are prepared according to production plans. You will coordinate work, maintain sanitation, and uphold safety standards in a correctional facility at Lebanon Correctional Institution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a food service environment.
• Ability to train workers on duties and safety procedures.
• Experience interacting with inmates is a plus.
• Must obtain a food safety certification.
• Proven ability to motivate and supervise a team.

Responsabilités

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Print and distribute recipes and monitor portions.
