Job summary

Summit, a provider of correctional food service, is seeking a motivated food service worker to join the Mobile, Alabama kitchen team. This onsite role involves preparing, serving and distributing meals in a secure environment, with interaction daily with inmates and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and customer skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication and organization. Prior food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
