Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals in a jail/correctional setting, with a 4am to 2:30pm shift and weekend/holiday requirements. This onsite role reports to a Food Service Director within a correctional facility.

You will join a team focused on food quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting menus, recipes, and safety standards. The company emphasizes benefits, growth, and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in cooking quality foods per menu and recipes.
• Maintain a neat, food-safe workstation and clean as you go.
• Serve food during planned meal times according to procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks and stay organized.
