Job summary

Trinity Services Group, located inside a jail/correctional facility, is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals and support the kitchen team. You will work with diverse food items and equipment, ensuring safety and quality in a correctional setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a strong understanding of food handling regulations. We offer training, a $500 new hire bonus, and DailyPay to access wages immediately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to planned menus and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and food-safe workstation; pull trash, sweep, mop.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules per policies.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook, prepare, and serve food according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Keep refrigerators, freezers, and cooking/serving equipment clean.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and be flexible.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
