Summit is seeking an experienced cook at our Albany, OR location within the Linn County Correctional Facility. You will join a motivated kitchen team to prepare meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, delivering quality, portion-controlled dishes with care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of proper techniques, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cook environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
