Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our corrections dining team at the Payette, ID location. You will work with a motivated kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment, preparing meals with emphasis on quality and consistency.

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
