Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Bolivar, TN seeks a part-time Cook for an on-site position inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare hot and cold items, follow recipes, and work with a patient, team-focused staff. Open availability 3:00am–7:00pm across some weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume food production is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a cafeteria or food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Follow recipes and menus for food preparation.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers safely.
• Label, store and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand, lift, and move as needed during the shift.
