Qualifications

• Active nursing license in state where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and other tasks as ordered by the practitioner.
• Record vital signs and other measurements accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with practitioners for orders and care.
