• Supervises assigned cooks, staff and volunteers; manages staffing and training.
• Ensures meals are prepared, portioned, held, delivered according to recipes and portions.
• Maintains records, timekeeping, and shift communications with the Food Services Manager.
• Ensures compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
