Aramark Correctional Services is hiring a Food Service Manager for the Great Plains Correctional Center to supervise daily kitchen operations, staff, and inmate workers in a secure environment. You will ensure nutrition compliance, safety, and cost control while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, financial oversight, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards within a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and deliver service excellence.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark coaching methods.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to clients.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and achieve financial targets.
• Drive cost controls, labor initiatives, and productivity improvements.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with the Food Service Director.
