Responsibilities

Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and guidelines.
Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
Safely use knives and kitchen utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
Bake, roast, steam, and use multiple cooking methods as required.
Plate and portion foods according to guidelines and safety standards.
Store and sanitize work areas and equipment; maintain guest-facing service.
