Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Take and process dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Provide chairside assistance and manage instruments and materials.
• Record patient histories and treatment information accurately.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Monitor supplies and assist with scheduling and records.
