Job summary

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is seeking a Mental Health Program Manager I to lead the newly established Behavioral Health Services Program within its adult facilities. This role requires coordinating care, overseeing licensed clinicians, and ensuring compliance with county policies while advancing integrated services for inmates.

The ideal candidate will hold a California license as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC, possess a relevant bachelor’s degree, and have experience in program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavioral/Social Science, Health/Human Services, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Two years of supervisory/administrative experience in program development or quality management, or three years in mental health services in a correctional setting.
• Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California and ability to provide license information on the questionnaire.
