Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral/Social Science, Health/Human Services, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Two years of professional-level administrative and/or supervisory experience within behavioral health, social services, health/human services, child welfare, juvenile justice, or related program serving children, youth, families, or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate behavioral health programs and services.
• Supervise and provide direction to staff and other assigned personnel.
• Develop reports and processes to monitor program implementation, service utilization, performance, outcomes, and needs.
• Negotiate, prepare, administer, and monitor contracts with behavioral health providers and partner agencies.
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures; lead or support special projects.
• Coordinate with County departments, agencies, providers, and partners to advance children’s behavioral health initiatives.
• Oversee administrative operations, including workflows, records, purchasing, and facilities.
