Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4 years behavioral health experience with MADAC credential acceptable with a HS/GED.
• Associates degree with MADAC credential also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive assessments of clients’ substance use history and treatment needs; develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides individual and group counseling and may facilitate didactic groups.
• Documents treatment and discharge plans, and clients’ progress and responses to treatment; maintains related records and charts.
• Performs case management and contributes to client care monitoring.
